Sequence Space is a platform that provides a bioinformatics tool to identify and analyze palindromic sequences.
Simply input your FASTA sequence or file into the provided field, and the tool will identify any palindromic sequences present.
We allow users to input the minimum and maximum palindromic sequence lengths as well as the maximum number of spacers. Default values are set as 4, 30, and 0 respectively.
We offer DNA to RNA conversion, and vice versa. Simply enter/paste your nucleotide sequence into the change DNA to RNA section.
